This is my second purchase from US-Mattress.com and both have been extremely easy to complete online. Our first mattress purchase went extremely well and the bedding was of excellent quality for the price. I'm looking forward to experiencing the free overnight delivery service.
They have the best price and easy to find the information. I just wish there was a coupon available as well.
The product is as expected. It took a little longer than I expected because the mattress had to be made but we are happy with it.
Their customer service line was quick to answer and courtesy. I didn't have to go through a lot of voice activated systems or sit on hold for a long time. Each time I called it was answer within a minute and my questions were given proper response.
Checkout is so easy to use and understand.

The delivery company was a little disappointing in that they reschedualed on me twice, once because of them and once because they did not come when they said they would so I had to rechedule. Other wise the expirence with you company was great! Thanks for a wonderful night sleep. Cealia
Was very user friendly and the transaction was smooth. Love the free shipping, which was quite a surprise. I was a bit discouraged on the color of the domforter. It was more on a brown side, than a green, but overall, I actually found the quality to be excellent and liked it very much.
I've had good luck with this merchant, so I continue to patronize them.
Both times I have ordered from them, I have received the merchandise one day earlier than the delivery service estimated for the big furniture stuff, ie mattresses, bedstead, daybed etc. The bedding is due tomorrow, so we will know if UPS is accurate in it's estimate of delivery time.
It was easy to place the order. We'll see how the delivery happens.
The delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. That would be 11 days, but until I see it, it hasn't been delivered.
