(I had trouble getting the exact same model from Sears, and I didn't want to get the same problems again). So when I hadn't received my shipment by the promised date, I called to find out what happened - and it HADN'T EVEN SHIPPED OUT YET!! They promised a new ship date, and we actually had to fight tooth-and-nail with their delivery company to get them to deliver it to us on the 2nd promised day (they wanted to arrange delivery with us for the next week - unacceptable!). They did give me 10% credit back to my cc (basically covered the CA Sales Tax). But I could have got the same thing from Sears a week later for less money still. But I went with the more expensive WDC, based on their delivery promises (or should I say LIES). I regret my decision.	Calificación

Product was finally delivered within the promised timeline, but product was different that the one ordered (Frigidaire Professional instead of the Frigidaire Gallery that was ordered) and I was not informed of the switch. I got a phone call shortly after placing my order to confirm it and give me a shipping estimate. Got another call when the item was shipped with very good info what the delivery process would be, tracking info email was slow though. CONS: Everything is great, until you need to return something. Bought a $489 over-the-range microwave, free shipping. Discovered it won't really fit where it needs to go so I canceled the delivery. Got a call from WDC that after restocking fee and shipping, to AND from, that the fees would be almost $340. I ended up accepting the microwave hoping I can sell it locally for less of a loss. I have purchased from this company in the past from one of their stores in Chatsworth. Its nice to be able to buy from them online now. I did have a little trouble searching on their site but I'm not sure if was my computer or theirs that was the problem. I'm actually kind of glad I called in. The man I spoke to knew alot about the product and I actually ended up getting a better range than I was originally looking at online.	Calificación
